The Polymer plate is used for the ink cup pad printing machines. It is becoming more and more popular in the pad printing machine industry. 

 
Polymer Plate Making Instruction:

Model: WSA52

Exposure Time: 90-150seconds

Watering Plates: 2 minutes

Drying: 20 minutes

Post Exposure time: 4 minutes

Remarks: The drying machine’s temperature should get to 80 degree before the exposure of the plates. The temperature of watering the plates should get to 28 degree as the best condition.

The above parameter is being as for a reference. The plate making process should be subjected to the different condition such as the weather, climate, water quality etc.
